                                     Curtis Baillie's professional experience spans more than 35 years and      
                                      includes law enforcement and security management operations. His 
                                     experience includes all phases of security and loss prevention, including: 
                                     crisis management, audit, risk management, investigations, risk assessment 
                                     and physical security operations for supermarkets, retailers, manufacturing 
                                     and distribution facilities, and corporate facilities. In 2004, Curtis started his   
                                     independent retail security management and loss prevention consulting 
                                     practice, Security Consulting Strategies, LLC, where he consults on diverse 
                                     topics such as crisis management, apprehensions, formulation of departments 
                                     and policy, security technology, litigation support and more.
                                        

Curtis Baillie' CSC is a Contributing Author to the publication Retail Crime,  
Security, and Loss Prevention - An Encyclopedic Reference, authored by 
Charles Sennewald CPP, CSC and John Christman, CPP, published 
by  Butterworth-Heinemann. He's also authored numerous Retail Security and 
Loss Prevention articles that have appeared in print and electronic media.
